Part A contains the correspondence 2003-05 to Diocesan Council and the Archbishop Aspinall relating to the termination of my license and the issues arising - issues which are still relevant to the clergy of the Diocese of Brisbane. Letters of special interest are marked.

Certain letters from Diocesan Council will be disturbing because of their implications - particularly at a time when the primate stresses the need to protect the "most vulnerable" who may be affected by proposed changes to industrial relations legislation. If ever an institution needed to protect the "most vulnerable" it is the church. Until it revises its own "industrial" legislation it will lack credibility.

Part A at least should be read by all clergy. All 4 parts contain material of great relevance. I offer this website in the hope that this story may not become your story.

Important Information

Part A contains correspondence with the Diocesan Council & Archbishop aspinall of Brisbane from May 2003 - 17 March 2005. It also includes addenda which bear out the points raised in the Ad Clerum letter and which will raise major issues for all Clergy in the Diocese of Brisbane & elsewhere.
